The American Medical Student Association is dedicated to serving the needs of physicians or pre-health students in training. The path undergraduate students follow in pre-health training of all kinds is challenging to say the least. A student must have ambition and drive to succeed. AMSA aims to encourage students along the way in this path by offering opportunities to pre-health students through guidance, support, encouragement, contacts, community service learning, and leadership opportunities with other pre-health students. The National AMSA organization has been dedicated to serving medical students in training for over 50 years.
